Bio
Dan Deming was born on December 2, 1945. Many experiences went into his development as an abstract painter. Much endurance and stubborness is required to build up the required personal energy to loose these images on the world. Having shared his work thru 400+ shows in many lands, Dan draws on his history established in the Baltimore area and extending all across the USA, much like the roots of a great tree will spread under the landscape in order to support their beamy structure.
A wealth of human experience has forced Dan to come to terms with the intense seasons of humanity and all the subtle tones that carry our race along, triggering abstract work along the way. Perhaps a great painter is humbly revealed in a quite normal, hard-working, regular kind of guy. In any case, Dan's paintings and images definitely provoke a reaction in those humans lucky enough to have seen an original - or even collected one.
