Teaching Experience
1959-1999     Instructor (Chairman of Fine Arts Department 1974-1984) Ringling School of Art and Design, Sarasota, FL.
Courses have included; Advanced Painting, Figure, Portrait, Landscape Painting, Color and Design, Graphics Lab, Senior Seminar in Aesthetics, Watercolor Workshop. Introduced Experimental Multi- Media Course Entitled." Incredible Phenomena". Collage Assemblage, Intermediate Drawing, and Conceptual Drawing.
Responsibilities Have included: Design of Curricula, selection and supervision of eight instructors, and the supervision of approximately one hundred Fine Arts Majors (Painting, Sculpture, Printmaking), Instituted visiting artist programs, including such national figures as James Rosenquist, Duane Hansen, Jimmy Ernst plus many others. Conducted extensive gallery and museum tours in New York City. Also private instruction and other community teaching experiences. Instructor of Saturday Children Art Classes in the 60's -John and Mable Ringling Museum. Director of the Hilton Leach School of Art in the 60"s
