Anne Schutte’s work is exciting and dynamic as she moves the viewer through a dance of form, colors and planes. This visual roller coaster ride is exhilarating and deftly demonstrates complete control while giving the viewer a thrill. The subtle introduction of color is like a happy counterpoint to a rock concert of visual intensity. The freshness of her work engages you warmly and delights you as you enjoy the journey. Anne has exhibited nationally and internationally, and has received several grants. She holds a MFA from the University of Arizona and currently teaches there.
